I started at Hardscape as a Credit Controller in January 2015 – I had recently started the first level of the AAT qualification and was provided with the support and encouragement to complete the full qualification.

This enabled me to progress professionally and move in to the role of Management Accountant – where I have been able to apply my new skills and knowledge.

I was offered the amazing opportunity to start my career in the UK after I graduated in France. A great Sales Director put all his trust in me to become the UK Sales Manager for the company. After working in the horticulture/landscape industry over the past ten years, I joined the Hardscape family in 2018. I am meeting with Landscape Architects, Architects and Garden Designers to guide them and make challenging projects happen. Inspiring professionals across a variety of projects makes for an exciting challenge every day – routine doesn’t exist here! I enjoy meeting different people and working to make their designs a reality. Before each meeting, I always prepare a portfolio of samples or completed projects to show professionals in order to create a “wow factor”. All of this is supported by a great team in the background who work closely together to ensure an optimal customer experience from enquiry to delivery.

I am immensely proud to represent a company which is highly respected and so cautious of ethical sourcing.

I started at Hardscape as a Design Co-ordinator in July 2012. Whilst working in this role I was able to develop my skillset and knowledge within the industry and work on some very exciting projects. The complexity of the schemes I worked on, coupled with facilitating Landscape Architects’ ever-changing design requirements and artistic philosophies, created some extremely challenging but rewarding times. The experience gained working with some truly exceptional and inspirational designers and architects, along with the internal knowledge and support within Hardscape, which is limitless, enabled me to progress in my career and I was promoted to Design Manager in 2020.

Hardscape’s dedicated team of experts, whose compassion, commitment, and willingness to work as a team to overcome even the most challenging projects, some of which have never been attempted before, is thoroughly contagious and it is a pleasure to work for such an outstanding company whose values and goals are so intertwined with my own.

After starting as a Logistics Co Ordinator in April 2016, a role I really enjoyed, I was given the opportunity to progress into Assistant Logistics Manager role in 2018 , where I could put my wider skills to use.

After gaining the necessary knowledge and training in this role after 12 months, I then became Logistics Manager, managing the logistics team and ensuring Hardscape’s logistics processes are as efficient as possible.

I started Hardscape after graduating from Warwick University in 2016. I began as a Logistic Coordinator and after 7 months an opportunity came up to move into the Sales Coordinator role. I used this opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in the company and improve my skills in the role. After a period of transition between the two roles I was promoted to Sales Support Manager in 2022.

I now manage a team of seven Sales Co-ordinators who offer support to the wider sales team to ensure smooth running of the enquiry and sales order process.
