The Towers Didsbury (15)Situated within a vibrant suburb of Manchester, Didsbury Towers provides high quality office space set within 20 acres of tranquil parkland. The £1.8m refurbishment at the Towers business estate, in Didsbury, completed in July.

The four buildings and the outdoor public spaces of the whole site benefitted from the investment as part of a rolling programme by the joint venture partnership of Moorfield Group (Moorfield) on behalf of the Moorfield Real Estate Fund II (MREF II) and Property Alliance Group.

The masterplan aimed to create a more modern look and feel and improve the facilities at the 20-acre park.

Russells Construction completed the refurbishment of 8,080 sq ft Spectrum House at Towers and the Honeywell and Kingston buildings too.

Dominic Pozzoni, of Property Alliance Group, commented: “A heritage estate with state-of-the-art offices, Towers is a fantastic combination of attractive location and modern amenities.”

Russels Construction undertook a comprehensive internal and external refurbishment of Towers Office Park. New M&E Installations and upgrades of reception and entrances.

Hardscape supplied Royal White, Kobra and Crystal Black granite paving; Kobra and Royal White granite bespoke benches with wooden slats; Kobra granite plinths and tactiles. Hardscape worked with Russells Construction and Manchester-based DEP Landscape Architecture.
