Transforming a complex design into a flawless physical installation required tight collaboration across the supply chain. We worked alongside principal contractor J. Reddington Ltd (JRL Group) and a world-class team of stakeholders:

Materials Supplied
Hardscape supplied premium Cenia Beige and Moleanos Cream limestone alongside Kobra Grey granite setts and Noche Tezal European granite cladding and copings, delivering elegant, high-performance natural stone for the external spaces and the development’s feature circular atrium and grand staircase. The result is a timeless landscape and architectural finish that perfectly complements one of London’s most prestigious mixed-use destinations.
- Application: Precision-cut treads, risers, and flooring for the feature staircase and expansive atrium floor with further cladding and copings for the walling and curved bespoke seating.
- Performance: Combines clean, minimalist aesthetics with high slip-resistance and immense compressive strength, making it ideal for internal/external common areas.
