Hardscape proudly joined organisations across the UK on Friday 20th June 2025 in celebrating Employee Ownership Day 2025 (EO Day) – an annual event that highlights the power of employee ownership to create more engaged, motivated, and resilient workplaces.
This year’s EO Day theme, #eoSmile, encouraged employee-owned businesses to celebrate the positivity, pride, and connection that come from sharing in success. At Hardscape, we embraced the message wholeheartedly – and what better way to mark the occasion than with our recent Summer Team Social.
Held in the spirit of unity and appreciation, our team day brought together colleagues from across the business for a chance to relax, reconnect and have fun. The event featured a mix of food, games, team-building activities, and a competitive scavenger hunt, all designed to foster collaboration and remind us of what makes Hardscape a uniquely employee-owned business.
