I started at Hardscape as a Credit Controller in January 2015 – I had recently started the first level of the AAT qualification and was provided with the support and encouragement to complete the full qualification. This enabled me to progress professionally and move in to the role of Management Accountant – where I have been able to apply my new skills and knowledge.
After graduating in 2015 and leaping straight into a job at Hardscape, I wasn’t sure what to expect. As soon as I started I felt welcomed and a part of the family instantly! I started out on the Logistics team but Hardscape has allowed me to progress into a Marketing role that I have really made my own. Hardscape have also put me through extensive Digital Marketing learning, to further myself in the role and I couldn’t be more grateful and excited for the challenges ahead.
I was offered the amazing opportunity to start my career in the UK after I graduated in France. A great Sales Director put all his trust in me to become the UK Sales Manager for the company. After working in the horticulture/landscape industry over the past ten years, I joined the Hardscape family in 2018. I am meeting with Landscape Architects, Architects and Garden Designers to guide them and make challenging projects happen. Inspiring professionals across a variety of projects makes for an exciting challenge every day – routine doesn’t exist here! I enjoy meeting different people and working to make their designs a reality. Before each meeting, I always prepare a portfolio of samples or completed projects to show professionals in order to create a “wow factor”. All of this is supported by a great team in the background who work closely together to ensure an optimal customer experience from enquiry to delivery. I am immensely proud to represent a company which is highly respected and so cautious of ethical sourcing.
I joined Hardscape in 2014 as a Sales Co-ordinator at Bolton HQ. Having recently graduated from the University of Manchester in Geology, Hardscape was a company I definitely wanted to be part of but I still wasn’t sure in exactly what department. Over the next few months I was given the chance to explore various departments including Logistics, Marketing and Sales before gravitating towards Sales.
