The UK offer for Crossing Point kerbs currently only works with non-shared and non-inclusive infrastructure. The Dutch ‘Inritbanden’or Entry Kerb is a design which works with the cyclist in mind and with equal hierarchy of other users.
The entry from a road in the UK is often deployed with a radius or a dropper kerb, whereas Hardscape’s unique Entry Kerbs can be used at entry points to side roads, which can be commonly shaped at immediate right angles to the highway which will instinctively slow vehicles’ speed down.
