Since 1994 Hardscape has helped and supported many charities from the UK and Internationally. There are several that the Hardscape team are currently supporting with charitable donations, sponsorship activities and the contribution of their time with a specific emphasis on four key charities that have become even closer to the heart:

Barnabus is at heart a Christian charity. They endeavour to share God’s love by giving hope and support to the homeless and the vulnerable. Hardscape chose to donate £250 each month from December 2018 to Spring 2019 so that they could buy the things they desperately needed to help others. In this instance they asked for an industrial weighing scale for their RENU up-cycling furniture project. Their RENU project is a back to work skills program to help their homeless friends gain the confidence and skills to help them back into work and their own tenancies. It’s a brilliant project and our small contribution helped to secure permanent, full time employment for 3 people.

Carol Price, Head of Fundraising for Barnabus commented: “We are so blessed to have your support and donations, it really is amazing.”

Bolton Lads & Girls Club

Bolton Lads and Girls Club is a youth club and registered charity based in Bolton, Greater Manchester. It is one of the largest youth clubs in the United Kingdom, with a membership of over 4,000 young people. Their aim is to enable young people aged 8 to 25 especially from disadvantaged circumstances to realise their full potential. This is achieved by a range of universal and targeted programmes designed by young people to meet their needs.

Hardscape are Bronze level Patrons of this amazing charity and continue to support them annually. One of our employees did some volunteer work too in 2019 and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Sue Ryder

The Sue Ryder charity supports people who are living with a terminal illness, a neurological condition or who have lost a loved one helping people through the most difficult times of their lives. Their doctors, nurses and carers give people the compassion and expert care they need to help them live the best life they possibly can.

Macmillan Cancer Support

Macmillan exist to help everyone with cancer live life as fully as they can, providing physical, financial and emotional support. Over the past few years Hardscape have held ‘Coffee Mornings for Macmillan’ in their offices Nationwide raising money in the process and awareness of this incredibly important charity for the lives of ordinary people who are affected with this disease.
