Having spent several years in sales and account management in the commercial printing industry, David joined Hardscape in July 2006 at its Head Office in Bolton, Lancashire, as the Group’s Marketing Manager, spearheading and developing all of its marketing activities from the newly formed role and department. He graduated from the Manchester Metropolitan University in 2000 with a BA (Hons) degree in Graphic Design.

David provides marketing support and resource specifically to the national sales team, bringing a creative influence to company strategy and vision and ensures that the Group and its brands are perceived professionally and maintain a high profile within their own industry and commercial sectors. His role also involves managing a department that encompasses all aspects of digital media and project photography, researching new market opportunities, planning for external events, online webinars and collaborating with corporate partners’ The Landscape Institute. Additionally, dealing with creative full-service agencies
and commercial printing companies in their important roles to source commodities, ideas and support to aid the full marketing aspects of the Group.

Away from work David loves travelling, spending time with his two children, is an avid Manchester United fan and a keen petrol head who loves all things motorsport, especially World Rallycross RX, British Rallycross, WRC and Karting. As a self-confessed curryholic he regularly resists therapy to be converted back to plain old mincemeat, carrots and mash.
