Altrincham Quarter transformation

Goose Green Summer Festival took place in August 2015 to celebrate the area’s transformation following comprehensive improvement works. Altrincham Forward teamed up with businesses in the newly developed Altrincham quarter. 

Trafford’s Mayor and Mayoress also attended to formally reopen the new-look square. Materials used

Hardscape worked with Planit-IE Landscape Architects, based in Altrincham and supplied Magma granite paving and setts, Yellow Rock, Barleycorn granite setts, Kobra Artscape Geese sculpture benches and Montemuro Cinza kerbs and tactiles 

I and a number of business owners in Goose Green were keen to mark the fantastic redevelopment with a celebratory event and we hope this can be the start of many annual Summer Festivals in Goose Green.
